Expungement Victory 022623

            Minnesota Expungement Attorney Lynne Torgerson won expungement of a felony drug possession conviction, out of Hennepin County, State of Minnesota.  Ms. Torgerson’s client, Petitioner, is now 50 years old.  He is a high school graduate.  He owns his own home.  He is a successful business owner.  He volunteers and gives back to the community.  He does not use drugs.  His conviction is approximately 28 years old.  He is seeking expungement for employment purposes.  Finding that Petitioner proved his case by clear and convincing evidence and that he warranted the extraordinary remedy of expungement and that sealing the records would not create a public safety risk, the Court granted expungement.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
