Second Amendment Lawyer Lynne Torgerson wins guns rights restoration case out of Polk County

Minnesota Gun Rights Lawyer Lynne Torgerson won a gun rights restoration case out of the County of Polk, State of Minnesota.  Ms. Torgerson’s client, Petitioner, is now married with children.  He is gainfully employed and owns his own home.  His disqualifying offense is approximately 10 years old.  He successfully completed probation, and was discharged early.  He has not been convicted of another disqualifying offense.  He seeks restoration of his gun rights to have his Second Amendment rights, to participate in gun sports, to continue his family tradition, and to be able to exercise self defense should the need ever arise.  The Court found that Petitioner is not likely to endanger public safety and that restoring his gun rights is not contrary to the public interest.  Finding good cause, the Polk County District Court Judge, The Honorable Anne Rasmusson, restored Ms. Torgerson’s client’s Second Amendment rights.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
