Second Amendment Lawyer Lynne Torgerson wins guns rights restoration case out of Polk County
Minnesota Gun Rights Lawyer Lynne Torgerson won another case out of the County of Polk, State of Minnesota. Petitioner is now 48 years old, has been married 15 years, and owns his own home. He has his own successful business as a Contractor. He earns a good living. He does not use illegal drugs. His disqualifying case, a threats of violence conviction, is now 12 years old. Since then, he has not even had a speeding ticket, which is important to him. His current hobbies include ice fishing, archery, boating, and axe throwing. His family has a tradition of hunting, the importance of which is recognized in our Minnesota Constitution. His children also want go to hunting. The Court, The Honorable Anne M. Rasmusson presiding, finding good cause, granted Petitioner’s request to restore his Second Amendment rights. Well done Ms. Torgerson.
