Best Second Amendment Attorney Lynne Torgerson won restoration of gun rights in the County of Crow Wing, State of Minnesota.  Petitioner is now 30 years old.  He is engaged.  He is a high school graduate.  He has obtained some higher education.  He is gainfully employed full time.  He successfully completed outpatient treatment in the past.  His disqualifying offenses were two drug offenses, now 8 years old.  When he was 12 years old, he took Gun Safety.  He comes from a family with a tradition of hunting, recognized by the Minnesota Constitution.  Finding good cause for restoration of rights to possess firearms, the Crow Wing County District Court, the Honorable Erik Askegaard presiding, granted Petitioner’s request to restore his Second Amendment rights.  Well done Ms. Torgerson.
